The candidates hired will be posted as HR Freshers in various roles of HR like:
Onboarding/Exit
Employee Lifecycle
HR Helpdesk
PMS, Analytics etc.
The candidates once onboarded will undertake a comprehensive Training under a Senior Manager/Mentor and will get exposure in major verticals to enhance their experience.
The company works on a 5 Days work week
