The candidate should be a Fresh Bcom Graduate who will be active as a HR Graduate Trainee/HR Executive in the HR Shared Services vertical. Fresh Bcom Graduates with zero to 3 months of experience are encouraged to apply for this position with their updated CVs.

Eligibility Criiteria:

Bcom Graduate passouts in 2021/2022 Batches are ideal candidates
Candidates should have zero experience. Should have undergone Industrial exposure through Internships or Professional Assignments.
Very Good Communication skills both written and verbal
knowledge of Computer and basic knowledge of MS Office(Excel, MS Word etc.)
Willingness to learn and perform various responsibilities related to the role and showcase positive learning attitude and discipline
Willing to manage various stakeholder and have problem solving approach in handling day to day activities & tasks
